3. Bookings

To book our services, you must provide accurate details, including your contact information and the location where the services are required. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details. Please ensure all information is correct as Ultra Steam is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.

4. Payments

All payments for services must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in writing prior to the appointment. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and credit cards. Ultra Steam reserves the right to charge for additional services that may be required on-site, subject to client approval.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price. Ultra Steam reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment issues or staff availability.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, certain stains or materials may not respond to steam cleaning. Ultra Steam will inform you of any such limitations before commencing work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to items or areas being cleaned.

7. Liability

Ultra Steam takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your property during our service. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as structural defects, faulty installations, or hidden hazards. Clients must inform us of any fragile or valuable items that require special handling.

8. Warranty

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost. This guarantee applies only to the specific areas serviced during the original appointment.

10. Intellectual Property
